Cancellation Policy

• $75 non-refundable registration fee per enrolled session applied. 
• Refund or credit towards the following year’s camp available at any time prior to May 1, 2026 (less the $75 non-refundable registration fee per child)
• All cancellations after May 1st until the start date of your enrolled camp will be held as a credit for the following year of camp. 
• Credit must be used by the following season. Credit not used by your family within the next camp season will not be valid.
