Our Experienced Internal Team and Ownership Group

Nate's responsible for implementing our vision for camp including assembling Team Prep Camp, creating the camp blueprint , and marketing. Nate is also a Certified Executive Coach.

Nate LeslieDirector, Executive

Kerry handles our infrastructure and facility planning on site and assists Doug with scouting top talent from across the province. He's also the BC Scout for the Swift Current Broncos, WHL.

Kerry GladsonDirector, Infrastructure

Ronnie is our connector. Through his extensive involvement in sport across BC, there aren't many people in our game Ronnie doesn't know. He's the owner of the White Rock Whalers, PIJHL and a member of the BC Hockey Hall of Fame.

Ronnie PatersonDirector, Community Engagement

Mike oversees our on ice delivery. A career coach and educator, he is also the Assistant to the General Manager and Director of Scouting & Player Development - Portland Winterhawks, WHL.

Mike CoflinDirector, Coaching

Mark leads our Elite Female Camp & merchandise. He's helped many alumni reach their dreams of playing USports/NCAA. Mark owns Cyclone Taylor Sports and coaches Delta Academy, CSSHL.

Mark TaylorDirector, Coaching

Monika handles all account inquiries, monthly payments, family logistics, and day to day correspondence. When not in her role at camp she is also an active Certified Athletic Therapist practicing clinically in Nanaimo, BC.

Monika HallDirector, Client Experience

Owen is responsible for promotional and marketing work as well as supporting Monika with administrative tasks. Owen is also the Coordinator and Lead Coach for LGS.

Owen HartAdmin/Marketing

Patsy oversees all food-related activities, ensuring that meals are nutritious, enjoyable, and cater to the diverse dietary needs of our campers. She creates a seamless dining experience that the athletes can't get enough of!

Patsy Wrangler DIRECTOR, CATERING AND FOOD SERVICES

Zoe handles all things Residence Hall at Prep Camp. This includes hiring and training of all camp counsellors and dorm support. Zoe is the key cog in making the Room & Board experience so successful!
