International Efforts:
We are looking forward to our growing relationship with the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation and the Hungarian Canadian Ice Hockey Club. English tutoring will be available for international players in 2013. We currently have 19 players from Hungary coming to camp including the U18 Best Defenseman of the 4 Nations Cup, and he is only 16!
World Class Coaches:
World class coaching remains our #1 mandate. We’ll be announcing our guest coaches in the coming months. For those of you that missed it in 2012, our coach and scout list over the 4 weeks was one of which we are truly proud. Click here to see our full list. It includes: 1 National Team, 1 AHL, 1 NCAA, 1 CIS, 8 WHL, 8 Junior A, 3 Junior B, and 3 skill development experts, Compton Sports staff, Pro4 staff, and many local part time staff that helped camp to be our best one yet.
Week 1: Elite Female Camp
- We are thrilled to have secured the CIS Coach of the Year, Graham Thomas from the University of British Columbia. Coach Thomas led UBC to the National Championship in his first year as Head Coach. Quite an impressive season with a re-inspired group of women!
- Ryerson University Assistant Coach Michelle Janus will give our girls great exposure to this well respected Eastern Canadian University.
