Committed players return year after year because they feel at home at Prep Camp. They challenge themselves, and each other, to reach new heights. Our guest coaches care deeply about teaching the game. Guest Coaches join us from the NHL, Europe, WHL, NCAA, Junior A, Junior B, CSSL, MML, and as professional skill development experts from countries around the world.
Over the last few years, we have compiled amazing footage like the video to the right featuring 7 x Stanley Cup winning coach Barry Smith. Barry saves time for us every summer. All of our video are produced by filmmaker, and camp alumnus, Rylan Gladson. We’ve created a video library for you.

The closely-knit community that the players create is remarkable, and rewarding to witness. The impact camp has on these participants is felt throughout all aspects of their lives. Mental Performance Seminars, on-ice training, fitness, skills, and networking are just a few of the benefits.
Every parent hopes their children can surround themselves with positive influences and good people. The West Coast Hockey Prep Camp attracts individuals from around the world who foster an environment in which our young men and women feel safe, confident, and unstoppable!
I come back every year because I respect the team running camp. It’s a great place to be, and a great group to know. To the players: You are the next wave of players. It doesn’t matter where you are from or what your socioeconomic status is. It comes down to who wants it. It’s your team mentality. Do you compete? Are you a guy to help the player next to you? It doesn’t matter if you make the NHL. If you do the best you can, you’ve won the game.
The High Performance Male Hockey Camp at the West Coast Hockey Prep Camp welcomes rep level committed players from U13 to College/University to apply. Players from all over Western Canada and even Europe attended camp. Many of our past participants are now playing University level hockey or have committed to places like Europe, AHL, ECHL, NCAA, USports and more. The High Performance Male Hockey Camp will focuses on advanced technical skill development, game understanding, and innovative off-ice conditioning and training. Players must have played Rep hockey. We are an inclusive organization. If the genders in our titles are not appropriate for you, please contact us. You are welcome here.
The West Coast Hockey Prep Camp has some of the best coaches in North America helping to make good players great. We offer a rigorous program for the truly committed player. Nearly 1000 players attend each summer over our 4 weeks. All participants have a unique networking opportunity during Prep Camp. Coaches, general managers and scouts are usually here for at least a week at a time. They are accessible and approachable.
