CJHL Prospects GameOur partner and camp director Ronnie Paterson  wears many hats.  He is a league governor of the BCHL, on the board of directors of the Surrey Eagles (BCHL), part owner of the Richmond Sockeyes (PIJHL), board member of Kidsport charity (White Rock chapter), active member of the UBC Thunderbirds Hockey Alumni, restaurateur, father, husband, and overall great guy.  I am sure I am missing more great achievements.

Today we congratulate Ronnie, the Surrey Eagles, and the BCHL as they prepare to host the Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) Prospects Game.  The BCHL announced on January 12th that local “Vancouver Canucks alumni and BCHL luminaries Orland Kurtenbach and Darcy Rota will be guest coaches at the CJHL Prospects Game, Jan. 26 at South Surrey Arena.”  Click for more details.

Ronnie’s giving nature and contagious positivity turn his projects and initiatives into gold.  Events like this one take contributions from volunteers and passionate hockey people.  We know first hand they are lucky to have Ronnie on their team, and this is an event I’ll be sure to enjoy.  See you at the rink!
