The Team BC provincial camp, held August 19-22 in Pitt Meadows, featured a shortlist of the best female hockey players born 04 or later in BC. Throughout the camp, players were evaluated on their play, fitness/strength, attitude and perceived contribution to a winning team. This is the first step towards selecting Team BC that will travel to the 2021 National Women’s U18 Championship, taking place October 31 – November 6, 2021 in Dawson Creek.
To be invited to this camp is a huge honour for any high performance hockey player, and congratulations goes out to all those that attended. In particular, 28 out of the 52 athletes attending this camp chose to prepare this summer by training at Prep Camp in 2021. Having so many focused and determined athletes training with our world class coaching and strength & conditioning staff is a big part of what makes Prep Camp so special.
We would like to send out a special congratulations to the following Prep Camp athletes below, and we hope to see you again in 2022!
